Light on the horizon as homeowners prepare for 2016.
I’m sure everyone knows by now that there is a lack of stock on the market. There are no lack of buyers but they are really wanting more stock to look at, especially those who are relocating as they don’t want to make a long trip to see just a few.
Well there may be light. November has been a month of Market appraisals with homeowners preparing to sell in the New Year. The market appraisals have been pretty much across the board so there should be choice for everyone. Whether or not the amount of homes coming will satisfy the demand we are unsure but we are really feeling positive about the New Year.
