19 SALES IN APRIL TO DATE & 75 SALES THIS YEAR SO FAR
It is the first time we have been able to take a moment to reflect on the year so far.
Nearly half of all sales this month have been agreed by us with our weekend service being key to this. We agreed 149 sales last year and we are now over half that amount at 75 sales agreed to date and still not at the end of month four.
Over 50% were agreed over the weekend with Sunday being key in negotiations and viewings.
Our decision to focus on sales and to increase to five full time sales people has really paid off. The benefit has been to both us and our customers in that we have able to be proactive in a busy market.
Second-Hand Homes have really benefitted in that the New Homes selection has run a little thin in readiness t0 occupy. We have seen a spike in achieved prices also.
Now that lock-downs are easing we expect to see a further surge in activity also.
