The market is surprisingly active on the enquiry front. People at home selecting their favourite homes in readiness to view when allowed.
Last week we moved two couples into their newly purchased properties and we agreed two sales .
Bevirs Solicitors of Calne did a sterling job in helping the home moves happen.
Banks/Building Societies are happy to carry on with those that have had mortgage offers issued.
We expect to be moving more people into their homes during April, especially the empty homes.
Co Director Melanie commented that ‘ people seemed to have set up camp for the time being, and are waiting for the green light to move on again when allowed.’
What can we do for our Clients- Existing and Future?
For existing Owners and Purchasers, we must help them achieve their move and ensure the agreed sales continue. For those who want valuations, we can do a drive-by and video value through various technologies. Viewings are obviously difficult at present although we can show completely empty homes within the guidelines.
All the above means that we are busy at the moment and preparing for happier times, also the importance for current owners to remain visible.
