We are starting to enter homes we have ‘Cherry Picked’ in Spain as multi-use on the Costa Blanca. In other words good investments we feel that can be either for holiday lets, holiday homes or permanent living. We are slowly entering more homes as a guide. The concentration to start has been on an area of South Costa Blanca we like and we are slowly working our way up toward Altea and Moraira. We have also launched a £1 million home- because we liked it. From Summer 2016 onward we will also be advising on the Costa Tropical which is east of Malaga and taking in, Nerja, Granada and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
We are already preparing Clients for visits to their required homes and destinations in late January and during February 2016. Quite exciting.
Meetings in our office have been a daily occurrence with prospective buyers. A number know the exact area for us to focus on, the budget and the type of home. Others have gone away needing to think about the location and what is driving their move. It has been interesting to see how many investors have contacted us to date.
