If you are offering a service then do it right. We hoped to launch in September but the official launch of our service will happen in mid October.
The focus to start will be Costa Blanca. From Altea down the coast to the Mar Menor. Serviced by the Airports of Murcia and Alicante. Next will be the area from Malaga and then east taking in Nerja, towns hugging the Sierra Nevada and up to Granada.
The service is designed to ensure the legitimacy of what is being purchased and making sure you are shown a choice of homes that you might really want to buy. Whether it be a permanent home, rental investment or a bit of both.
There is also the great advantage of us verifying the background and legitimacy of our Customers. You are taken more seriously.
It is important that you have a good idea of which area you want to live or invest in. We have advised some of our Customers to take a step back until they are sure.
We have spent around two years preparing, investigating and advising. A slight delay in the official launch isn’t a long time in the scheme of things.
