September was an interesting month with the Calne market being very productive for us despite the holiday period. ‘The Homeshow’ really helped with around 20,000 people focused on the promotion through Rightmove both locally and nationally. At present we are preparing for what we hope is a really busy last quarter run up to Christmas.
October, November and December 2013 were amazingly busy. We actually agreed 17 sales in December last year which really put to bed the theory that no one is interested in buying at that time of year. 14 sales agreed in September and still negotiating on others.
