Interesting so far. Although there was a down turn in activity in the few days before, everything seemed to go back to normal by Sunday morning. Sunday brought us a few offers and a sale. The following days have seen steady interest, more sales and viewings being booked for the coming Saturday and Sunday.
The shortage of stock is probably supporting the consistent activity. The price reductions we are seeing out there seem to be on homes where they may have been too high to start. So selling is all about getting the price right. We have heard a lot of buyers telling us ‘Gold or Property’ in times of uncertainty. Also people are telling us that they still have to move and it is what it is. We will see.
So far it is business as usual. On a positive note we hope to see the rain disappear and the sun come out for a Great British Summer.
