Sunday is a great day to sell a home. Although we would rather be at home, it is a day when we never fail to get an offer or two.
We’ve always wondered how it would impact on our business not to be around on that day. After looking at the figures it is obvious to us that we need to be around and open if we want to be serious about selling homes.
New Homes Developers are always open on Sundays and they don’t do it without good reason. So therefore we carry on as it makes good business sense. Our doors are physically open from 10 am until 1 pm and then we service appointments. The other good news is that we take phone calls every day from 9 am until 8 pm. We don’t want to miss any property call.
It gives our owners a better chance of selling especially to those who work during the week or are relocating.
