Simply put, I wouldn’t use any agent other than Butfield Breach.

Butfield Breach are spot on with their advice and local knowledge. They don’t have any of these crazy, long drawn out pitches to sign you up. They don’t artificially inflate the market value as a thinly veiled sign up tactic (only to later advise you to drop the price). Just a great, local, honest agency that get the job done (with a reassuring smile).
