Interestingly, quite a number of sales agreed came from viewings carried out weeks before the buyers had actually sold. 6-7 out of 10 people are either on the market, not yet sold or not yet on the market. There is an appetite for buying and it is important to allow all potential viewings, all viewings count. Pricing at the right level is also key.
