Snow, Blizzards and ‘The Beast from the East’ still didn’t stop the ‘Butfield Breach Home Show’ from being a hit. In it’s sixth year, The Home Show is always challenging because of the intensity of activity.
The whole Team made it to the office to cover the three-day event. One of the Team had to stay at a Hotel because the roads home were impassable. Over thirty new instructions and price movements meant that people stuck at home were calling to book appointments once the snow disappeared. Thomas from One 77 Mortgages trekked in to give advice
The result was that Four Sales were agreed and still negotiating on multiple offers. The good news was that people were at home and took the opportunity to search for homes and take calls from Butfield Breach.
There was a thought that we should cancel but the shout came out that “The Snow Must Go On” and that it was now the “Butfield Breach Home Snow”
