Despite the current climate Butfield Breach have somehow agreed on average a sale per week during lockdown.
Demand is still high so too early to tell which way the market will swing and signs so far show not too much change.
We have decided not to take the virtual viewing route and feel that it’s all rather gimmicky. For the wise consumer it should be used as a piece of the puzzle only, not the full picture.
Buyer’s don’t seem keen to agree to a sale without a physical viewing when making such a large investment and could lead to problems as the sale progresses. Which is why we have been working continuously behind closed doors.
