As we get close to the end of 2016 it was nice to look back at some of things our Clients have taken the time to say about us this year.

Interesting to see the large amount of buyers hoping that a home that suits is released- so they can be in for Christmas.

For some agents it may have been a quiet summer but we have seen a real consistency in sales and activity.

It is that time again when Calne welcomes thousands of Motor Bikers from around the U.K. and Europe.

On Friday the 5th of August we shall be closing the office for a day to celebrate Steven and his soon to be wife on the day of their wedding.

Interesting so far. Although there was a down turn in activity in the few days before, everything seemed to go back to normal by Sunday morning. Sunday brought us a few offers and a sale. The following days have seen steady interest, more sales and viewings being booked for the coming Saturday and Sunday. The shortage of stock is probably supporting the consistent activity.
