The fifteenth Calne Bike Meet was again an amazing event. Probably the best ever looking at the feedback still coming in almost a week and a half later.
The holiday season is upon us although some of the weather in the last week would not make you think the Summer is here. Although it is noticeable that some people have flown away buyer interest is still very high.
Yes it is upon us again. The fantastic Calne Bike Meet starts on Friday 24th July up on the Field with live bands.
Warm, busy and a tremendous amount of fun. A lovely day it was in Calne for the annual summer Festival. Lots of market stalls and the main feature being Titan the Robot. The kids loved it and the A4 was closed to let Titan do his thing down by the Town Hall.
With the forecast of Sunny weather to come it seems that finally more houses are on the verge of coming to the market. Stock levels are down around 60% on two years ago which has led to homes selling very quickly, especially under the £250,000 price bracket.
Interesting few months head to the launch of the Butfield Breach Overseas Service. Clients are already out in Spain finding the areas they wish to live in and on their return will be asking us to investigate further for them.
